Acceptance of Terms

By using mini-donald.com and its related services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don’t agree, please do not use the Service.

Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18 (or the age of majority in your region), you may use the Service only with a parent or guardian’s consent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity under your account.

Gameplay, Currency & Virtual Items

Mini Donald may offer virtual currency, cosmetics, passes, and other digital items (collectively, “Virtual Items”). Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value, are non-transferable (except through in-game features we provide), and are licensed—not sold—to you. We may modify, limit, or discontinue Virtual Items at any time.

Purchases, Subscriptions & Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may include applicable taxes and fees. If you use a payment method that is declined or charged back, we may suspend or terminate access to the Service and/or Virtual Items. Subscription features (if any) will auto-renew until cancelled in your platform settings.

Trading & Escrow

Mini Donald includes an optional in-game escrow system (“Escrow”) that allows players to exchange permitted items safely. Only trades completed through Escrow are supported by us. Out-of-game trades, sales for real money, account transfers, and use of third-party marketplaces are strictly prohibited and may result in loss of items and/or account action.

User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, or use unauthorized third-party tools; (b) harass, threaten, or impersonate others; (c) post or share content that is illegal, hateful, or infringing; (d) attempt to access accounts or data without permission; (e) interfere with servers or security. We may moderate, restrict, or remove content or accounts that violate these rules.

User-Generated Content

If you submit or share content (skins, names, screenshots, feedback, etc.), you grant Mini Donald a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display that content to operate, promote, and improve the Service. You represent that you own or have rights to the content you submit.

Leaderboards, Events & Rewards

We may run events, ladders, or challenges with cosmetic or virtual rewards. Results may be reviewed for fairness and compliance. We may disqualify results obtained through exploits, account sharing, or rule violations.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including all graphics, code, audio, text, logos, and layouts, is owned by or licensed to Mini Donald and protected by applicable laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service or its content.

Third-Party Links

The Service may link to third-party sites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or security. Use them at your own risk and review their terms and privacy policies.

Privacy & Cookies

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. We may use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Service, analyze usage, and personalize features.

Photosensitive Warning

The Service may include flashing lights and visual effects. If you are prone to photosensitive seizures, consult a medical professional before playing. Stop immediately if you feel unwell.

No Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mini Donald and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mini Donald and its personnel from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, or remove Virtual Items, if we believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or community guidelines. We may also discontinue or modify parts of the Service at any time.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Please review this page periodically.

Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to the arbitration clause below, the exclusive venue for any permitted court action shall be in courts located in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.

Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve disputes with us informally by emailing contact@mini-donald.com. If unresolved after 30 days, disputes will be submitted to confidential, binding arbitration in Pennsylvania before a single arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

Copyright & IP Complaints

If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact us with details of the work claimed to be infringed, the infringing material’s location, your contact information, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act. We may remove or disable access to content in our discretion.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, outages, cyberattacks, or governmental actions.

Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be a waiver of such right or provision.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Mini Donald regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements relating to the subject matter hereof.
